Borehamwood – Where I get the information & why

Where I get the data…

Borehamwood’s property market is very confusing, hosting a range of prices for similar properties in identical locations. Some property prices vary up to 40% and can confuse even the most savvy investors.

  • The average property rental value in Borehamwood for 2019 as £1,244 per calendar month, with over 56% of let properties being apartments.

As it is so confusing I have decided to try and help residents make the correct choices when letting their property.

My data is collect directly from Land Registry , Data Loft and multiple tenant reference companies.

You may wonder why I gather my data from letting reference companies.

The answer is; where else can you get the most recent and accurate data on rental prices for tenant’s that are in the process of moving into a new property.

As I’m taking the information from reference companies on the day new tenancies begin, i’m able to make accurate assumptions on the market and help landlords make the correct decision when pricing their properties on a monthly basis.

By taking data from these large companies I can accurately gauge where the Borehamwood market is going.

This will keep me months ahead of property portals such as Rightmove & Zoopla.

  • 56% of properties let in the past 12 months were flats, achieving an average rental value of £1,083 per month. Houses achieved an average rent of £1,539 per month.
